At GForce Sports Academy (GFSA), we are driven to develop aspiring elite students, elite athletes, and elite people through our Academy by infusing sport-training and hybrid-academics with an elite, selective, and flexible but firm environment to better student-athletes' lives.
GFSA is searching for a passionate, knowledgeable, skillful, and experienced professional to lead GFSA. This person will oversee all aspects of the Academy including our Academic curriculum and partnership, strength and conditioning training, and sport-specific development programming. Our Director will also be responsible for leading the recruitment and retention of student-athletes, collaborating with other GFSA personnel in additional programming and innovation, and many other aspects of GFSA.
This opportunity is a vital role to the success of GFSA with the ability to lead various aspects of the program including Academic oversight, Sport-Specific training and our coaching staff, strength training and our partners, effective communication with our current and prospective families, and many other partners and personnel involved in this operation which all lead towards an aspiring student athlete’s pathway towards success!

Lead various staff and interns in the roles and responsibilities to ensure student-athlete success in school and in sport.
Provide oversight and supervision for students at GFSA in coordination with our team members to appropriately attend to all individual students for health, safety, and success.
Coordinate with development team to ensure GFSA athletes are receiving the “best-in-practice” training as we strive to maximize their potentials and guide their advancement.
Lead the GFSA recruitment and retention efforts to ensure the lifeline of the business continues to succeed, excel, and grow.
Innovate with GFSA to lead our program to the next level in our mission to lead the world in the development of elite students, elite athletes, and elite people.
This is a full-time, year-round position that comes with a benefits package. Salary for the position is based on experience and comes with an opportunity to earn incentives based on performance and growth.

This role also includes leading other Academic staff members and interns through this program to ensure student success. GFSA is searching for a passionate, knowledgeable, skillful, and experienced hockey professional to assist with the GFSA On-Ice Development Program. This person will be responsible to help lead or assist the various aspects of our On-Ice Development including training implementation, content creation, individual feedback, and coaching supervision on the ice and in the locker rooms or general public areas of our partnered rinks. Our On-Ice Development Coach will guide athlete development in coordination with the GFSA Director. This role will also assist the GFSA Director to potentially assist with other Academy operations including but not limited to assisting with various recruitment and retention initiatives.
This opportunity is a critical role to the success of GFSA athletes with the ability to guide through the On-Ice Development Program. This role also includes coordinating with other on-ice development staff members including our Director and/or Head of Hockey through this program to ensure athlete success. Lead or assist with on-ice coaching and instruction.
Assist with GFSA recruitment and retention efforts to ensure the lifeline of the business continues to succeed, excel, and grow.
Assist with implementing new GFSA on-ice development programming or drill creation to continuously innovate with GFSA to help our program succeed in our mission to lead the world in the development of elite students, elite athletes, and elite people.
This is a part-time position. Compensation for the position is based on experience and comes with an opportunity for promotion to a full-time role(s) including an ability to earn incentives based on performance and growth.
